1. What the product is

UseBullion Trading Technologies ("we", "us") sells access to risk-management software. The paid subscription provides:

a pre-trade check API that returns allow or block against limits you configure;
server-side enforcement of daily-loss, drawdown, exposure and trade-count ceilings;
a kill-switch and position-sizing calculator;
a trade journal and analytics computed on your own execution data;
a cryptographically signed, exportable audit log of every decision.

2. What the product is not

We do not, and will not, provide any of the following:

trading signals, tips, or buy/sell recommendations;
managed accounts, discretionary trading, pooled funds, or profit sharing;
investment, financial, legal, or tax advice of any kind;
custody of client money or assets — funds remain in your own regulated brokerage;
guarantees, projections, or promises of profit or performance.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, or fiduciary, and we are not registered as such in any jurisdiction. Any market context displayed in the product (rates, macro data, positioning) is informational input to your risk decisions, not a recommendation.

3. Your responsibilities

You decide every order. Your own bot, expert advisor, platform, or manual workflow sends orders; we never initiate them.
You configure your own risk limits and are responsible for whether they suit you.
You must verify that using automated or algorithmic trading software is lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted by your broker.
You must keep your API keys confidential and revoke them if compromised.
You must be of legal age and, where acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

break any law, sanction, market-abuse rule, or exchange or broker regulation;
engage in market manipulation, spoofing, layering, wash trading, or front-running;
manage third-party money, solicit investors, or resell the Service as a signal, advisory, or managed-account product;
present our outputs to third parties as investment advice or as a guarantee of returns;
launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions screening;
reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or circumvent rate limits or technical controls;
probe, load-test, or interfere with the security or integrity of our infrastructure;
upload malware, or transmit data you do not have the right to transmit.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for material breach of this policy, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where practical we will notify you first and give an opportunity to remedy. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund beyond the rights described in our Refund Policy.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are sold by UseBullion Trading Technologies. Card and bank payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, our payment processor. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Billing questions and refund requests are handled by us directly at hello@usebullion.com.
