UseBullion is risk-control software. We do not hold, manage, custody, or have access to your funds at any time, and we never place orders. Your capital stays in your own regulated brokerage account and every order is sent by you, your platform, or your own bot.
Trading gold and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
Non-custodial, execution-free software
UseBullion operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. We do not receive deposits, process withdrawals, pool funds, or act as a broker-dealer, and we do not route or execute orders. Our role is limited to returning an allow or block decision against risk limits you configure, and recording that decision in a signed audit log.

UseBullion provides software, analytics and audit tooling. We do not sell trading signals, tips, or buy/sell recommendations, and nothing on this platform constitutes personalised investment, legal or tax advice. You should consult an independent licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

Machine-learning and rules-based systems can fail in market regimes outside their training or design assumptions. Risk controls reduce but do not eliminate this risk, and no software can guarantee that a limit is enforced during broker outages, connectivity loss, or market gaps.
