1. Seller

2. What is being sold

A paid subscription to risk-control software for traders who already run their own strategies. The subscription grants access to:

• a pre-trade check API returning allow or block against limits the customer configures;
• server-side enforcement of daily-loss, drawdown, exposure and trade-count ceilings;
• a kill-switch and a position-sizing calculator;
• a trade journal and analytics computed on the customer's own execution data;
• a cryptographically signed, exportable audit log of every decision.

3. What is explicitly not sold

• No trading signals, tips, or buy/sell recommendations.
• No managed accounts, discretionary trading, pooled funds, or profit sharing.
• No investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
• No custody of client money or assets — funds stay in the customer's own regulated brokerage.
• No order execution — the customer's own software or manual workflow sends every order.
• No guarantees, projections, or promises of profit or performance.

UseBullion Trading Technologies is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager or fiduciary, and is not registered as such in any jurisdiction.

4. Controls at signup and checkout

• Signup: account creation is blocked until the user ticks an acknowledgement that the product is risk-control software only and that prohibited uses (managing third-party money, reselling as an advisory or signal service, market manipulation, unlawful activity) are not permitted.
• Subscription: plan activation is blocked until the same acknowledgement is confirmed in the checkout dialog, alongside links to the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Refund Policy.
• Enforcement: access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, fraud or security risk, per the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are sold by UseBullion Trading Technologies, the seller of record. Card and bank payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, a licensed payment service provider. UseBullion handles all billing enquiries and refunds directly. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Customers may cancel at any time, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Legal documents

• Acceptable Use Policy — Product scope, what we do not sell, prohibited uses, enforcement.
• Terms of Service — Seller entity, IP ownership, service level, suspension, payment processing and seller-of-record disclosure.
• Privacy Policy — Controller identity, data categories, purposes, recipients (incl. Flutterwave), retention, user rights.
• Refund Policy — 30-day money-back guarantee; refunds handled directly by UseBullion.
• Risk Disclaimer — No advice, no performance promises, execution-free software.
• Compliance & Disclosure — Regulatory posture and non-custodial statement.
• Public Signed Audit Log — Cryptographically signed record of risk decisions, publicly verifiable.
