Global Availability. UseBullion serves users worldwide, except in sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions we cannot lawfully serve. UseBullion is a software vendor. We license risk-control tooling that runs checks against limits our users configure. UseBullion is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or regulated financial institution. We do not:

Sell trading signals, tips, or buy/sell recommendations
Place, route, or execute orders on your behalf
Receive deposits or process withdrawals
Pool or commingle user funds
Provide personalised investment, legal, or tax advice
Guarantee any specific investment outcomes
Operate as a collective investment scheme

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of automated or algorithmic trading software is lawful in their country of residence. We encourage all users to verify regulatory requirements with their national securities commission or financial authority.

Algorithmic & AI risk — Machine-learning models can fail in market regimes outside their training distribution. Risk controls reduce but do not eliminate this risk.
